STOCKHOLM is our beautiful 3-room apartment with 93 m² on the ground floor with a fantastic sun terrace and garden for sole use. It is the right choice for families with children or colleagues who prefer separate bedrooms. Of course, you can also feel super comfortable as a solo traveller.

If you appreciate a lot of space and the special ambience, this is the place for you. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a room with two single beds and a living room with a corner sofa, which can be converted into a single bed if required. You will also find a well-equipped kitchen with a small dining table and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Look forward to an apartment with style and design standards.

An outstanding feature is the unique location in the district of Roter Hügel right on the edge of the forest, where you don’t hear anything apart from the chirping of birds and you can still be in the city center of Bayreuth in 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bus, which stops right outside the front door.
