Artists’ House

Located just a short distance from Harrogate Conference centre and the Royal Hall. This is the perfect place to stay for anyone attending events in Harrogate or wishing to visit the Turkish baths and go shopping. The property is also perfect for those wishing stay longer and for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Lakes, the Yorkshire Coastline, Yorkshire Moors and the Peak District. There are walks starting near to the house and ample opportunities for exercising dogs. You can walk to the Yorkshire Event Centre, RHS Gardens and Showground, Pavilions is a short car ride.
Artists’ House was built in the 1890s, has a separate very well equipped kitchen with a Miele oven and induction hob, microwave and dishwasher, under counter fridge with freezer compartment. and a Washer/Dryer. The dining table seats up to 10 (We provide 6 chairs, you can request extra). The sitting room has two comfortable sofas, a log burning stove, an arm chair, SMART TV, board games, books and vinyl record player.
The staircase is narrow and steep in keeping with the age of the property. Stair gates cannot be attached, the property is unsuited to anyone infirm, toddlers and small children.
Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms with king beds which can split to give single beds upon request. We can also offer a guest bed suitable for children and teens, at extra cost, so as to accommodate up to 3 children in beds and a baby in a cot.
There is a large modern bathroom with WC, full size basin, WC and shower over the bath. There is also a separate WC
