Apartment Winter in Villa Waldrand

Our Villa Waldrand borders directly on a beautiful mixed forest with excellent hiking trails through the forest and fields.
You can unwind in the large, fenced south-facing garden. The little ones will find plenty of play options in the sandpit and climbing tower.
The Apt. “Winter” is on the 1st floor and offers forest views from 2 balconies.
It can comfortably accommodate 4 people, with space for 2 more on a sofa bed.
The accommodation is newly renovated and comfortably furnished in a modern way.

The bedroom has a large box spring bed (1.80m x 2.00m), which can easily be shared. We are happy to provide a baby bed.

The large bathroom offers a floor-to-ceiling shower and a large sink.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher and microwave as well as all kinds of kitchen appliances, such as a coffee machine, milk frother, kettle, toaster, etc.
A children’s high chair can be added.

In the living area you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa bed. Here you will find a flat screen TV and a mini stereo system with CD player, Bluetooth, CINC access and DAB+ radio.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and has two balconies.
