The first floor Forge apartment has excellent views over Ben Nevis to the East and south towards Fort William, Loch Linnhe and the nearby islands off the end of the Caledonian Canal. Brilliant for watching the sun rise over the Ben Nevis range to the east and set over the hills of Ardgour.

The kitchen/living/dining area is open plan with pine furnishings and pineclad walls. Kitchen units are fully fitted with oven/hob and cooker hood, plus a fridge and microwave. The kitchens are more than adequately equipped for four persons with crockery, cutlery and general utensils plus toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

Hot water for the kitchen and shower is provided by an independent emersion heater

The accommodation is cosily heated with a modern electric heater in the living area and bedroom plus an electric “real fire” in the sitting area.

Within the living/dining area there is a pine gate-legged table for 4 persons. Along with easy seating. there is a comfortable double sofa bed. Easy wall and table lighting, coffee table and colour TV complete the living are

An internal corridor leads through a glass door to a small fully fitted shower room with an independent electric shower heater, wash hand basin, toilet and heater. The emersion heater provides hot water for the shower.

Also off the internal corridor is one twin bedroom with two pine single beds, pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror.

The apartment is accessed by external metal staircase with an individual exterior door.
