We are situated in a quiet residential area on the River Mersey opposite the wonderful city of Liverpool, with easy access to the city by public transport – by train, bus or ferry.

We are an easy walk along the vehicle-free promenade to New Brighton – where there are a host of things to do – theatre, bowling, cinema, crazy golf, free tennis courts and a multitude of restaurants and bars.

We are a 15 minute drive from Liverpool by car, via the Mersey tunnels or 30 minutes from the old Roman city of Chester.

On our doorstep we have two great pubs, The Magazine and The Pilot Boat – both a 5 minute walk and three quality restaurants, the Magic Spices, Bootleggers and the Rockwood Bistro also an easy 10 minute walk.
