The apartment is all located on the first floor of the building up a flight of stairs.
Large Open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen with a bay window view down to the Solent.

The master bedroom is at the rear of the apartment, large double bed, fireplace and dressing table.
Front bedroom also has a double bed and dressing table.
The bathroom has a bath and over bath shower.

St Margaret’s is located half way up George Street just 5 minutes walk from the Esplanade. It is ideally suited near the centre of town with the variety of cafes, restaurants and shops. The Beach is a 10 minute walk away as is the marina.
